It’s common saying everywhere ‘Leaders lead by example’, but there are times when the example that leaders set are not good for the project and team.

The challenge is no one open up and question the leadership. I would like to know how to overcome such situation, and bring to notice that not all examples are really great.

Thanks
Thanks, timely issue for 2017.

Unfortunately, what you need to get a promotion is not always what makes you a great, or extraordinary, leader.

Leadership skills are pretty broad but I would expect an extraordinary leader to make people feel valued. She would be a great communicator and have a vision that appeals to others.
Stephane: Great idea for a discussion on how women and men lead differently and what each brings to the table for collaborative leadership. A leader of any gender should have a mix of skill-sets, characteristics and vision that brings value to the organization and employees they choose to lead.

Also, another great topic on careers for those at entry level, transition to new role for promotion or a new role in a different industry with transferable skill-sets.
