Dears,
A question regarding the SH requirements in term of communication. Are they included in the Requirements Documentations, the Communication Management Plan or in the SH Management plan?

Another question/concern : I am not very comfortable with the Inputs and outputs of "Manage SH engagement" and "Control SH engagement"... Why is there so much focus on Issues log and Change requests? I understand the importance of SH to ensure success of the project, but I don't understand well why they are not considered into the Communication Knowledge Area.... Any clue?

Thanks a lot,
Alex

Thanks Manfred !
As the stress level increased it seems I don't know anything more...
It should be normal...I hope.
Thanks for having complemented the answers.
All the best,
Alexandra
Don't worry, it's normal.
Keep calm and do simulations as suggusted above. But do it not the whole day and esp. not until the last minute.
I wish you the best for your exam, a Happy New Year with a great party to come to it (and relax a little bit). :-)

A short additional advice: You can find a lot of threads about exam preparation here in "Project Management Central", search e.g. "exam". Most of them describe the preparation by learning, but don't forget your individual preparation on exam day: first be well rested, be on time at exam location, do a "brain dump" during the 20 min preparation time (there are also threads describing how to do it, search for "brain dump") and don't get nervous when you don't know the answer for a question, mark it for later processing, skip it and come back to it at the end. You have enough time to do so.

For better or for worse, Alexandra, there is a bit of overlap with knowledge areas such as stakeholders and communications. There is no single right answer as to where something belongs. As long as it is captured in one place, you can always refer to it from other places.

In short: it's better to have it in the wrong place than to not have it all.
