As my role grows in my organization I am often tasked with managing stakeholders, as well as ground level employees on new organizational shifts. I'm looking for resources that will grow my knowledge on how to structure to tactfully design CM and present.

Read and understand Isaac Newton´s Laws of Motion and that´s all that you need.
I agree with you Newton's 3 laws and more importantly the 3rd law is great point to start
