Hi Steven, I do recommend to have a look at CQ system (Change Intelligence system), the latest concept in Change Management Leadership. It is a practical tool that helps to manage change with successful and sustaining results, on individual, team and organizational level.
The book as well is very practical and provides examples in the Healthcare system.
