I have been asked to prepare an Implementation Strategy for a large Programme in our organisation that impacts numerous IS Systems and Business Processes, and which is working to a fixed end date.
High level requirements have now been defined and the Programme has just passed through the Governance Gate permitting detailed requirements gathering, analysis and design (to Systems and Processes).
Current thinking on the Programme is that by considering the Implementation Strategy at this early stage, there is an oppportunity to positively influence the Design phase such that the later Implementation Planning and Execution can be undertaken more smoothly.
Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, templates, or links to useful sites, that could be of use in developing this Implementation Strategy ?? Saving Changes...
