Hello to all of you. I was wondering if you might be able to give answers on the next questions:
1. How often do you use the timing of your working tasks?
2. Have you ever used the timing in your life out of work?
3. What is your experience in the timing?

It is different when you have different projects with one client than having different projects with different clients.

Moreover, It is not about like and dislike, it is about taking responsbility for your hours and their allocation so people who do not like to properly record their hours for proper allocation and billing are simply irresponsible in my opinion.
Thank you Rami.
Yes, I completely agree with you and, of course, we worked on that. And I think there are different situations with recorded work hours, firstly, when people get payments per hour people trying to work or record much more hours, and secondly, when payment makes on estimated work time people work much more hours. What is a distinction by recording work time on projects by one client from recording work time on projects for different clients?

For different clients there are different needs, different budgets, different criteria for payments. You need to comply with all of these, divide your time everyday to ensure you are handling all your project and keeping the different clients satisfied.

As for recording more working hours, it tends to happen but here comes the integrity and honesty of the individual in addition to the company executives. Moreover, if some people exaggerate their hours, the client will notice and refuse the pay because hours are recorded against work accomplished.

Time is not a renewable ressource both in life and at work.
In project it is the one thing you can't get more so you need to manage it carefully. Even more in small project.
I most case there is a penalty in real money, in other case it a poor evaluation for the next project.
