I am studying for my pmp exam,.... I have a question... When I am using the critical path method ... But the tasks are shown in days not in weeks.... the next ES (Early Start) has to be one day more than its predecessor ? ... I have seen many examples ... but In weeks .... and for this, the ES keeps the same to the next task .... I apreciate your help in this... I cannot find online an example with Days. thank you .

This is a comprehensive discussion about the topic, including leads and lags and different precedence types (e.g. Finish-to-Finish):

I would recommend feeling comfortable with Finish-to-Start with no lags/leads before checking that document out....
thank you .

I will check it out.

Best Regards,

Rob
