I am studying for my pmp exam,.... I have a question... When I am using the critical path method ... But the tasks are shown in days not in weeks.... the next ES (Early Start) has to be one day more than its predecessor ? ... I have seen many examples ... but In weeks .... and for this, the ES keeps the same to the next task .... I apreciate your help in this... I cannot find online an example with Days. thank you .

Well.. It means that I saw an example in days..... and a task ends in the 14th day .... so in the next task which depends on it starts (ES) in the 15th day ... In an example with weeks ,,,, the next task keeps the same number, If one task ends on the 14th week the next one starts on the 14th week too.
I am sorry about my English.... lol.
But I am trying to get another example online to check it out in days but I cannot find another one to compare.
Robison, are you preparing the certification in English or Spanish?
I've prepared in English, but some key points as EMV or Critical Path, I've looked for the explanation in my native language...sometimes is easy to understand. There are tons of videos in you tube in Spanish with clear explanation.
Good luck!

"In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, bloodshed - but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love, 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."
