I have narrowed my field down to two CRM's(Clientele and SalesLogix). They both have the eMarketing, Event Registration and Campaign Management that our organization needs. Would anyone out there have any more insight on the two products mentioned(We looked at Microsoft too but it is not advanced enough yet for our needs. We use Clientele and I really like it. It is scaleable because it is easily customizable and it is fairly easy to learn. And the security features are effective even at the field level. The greatest challenge (not application related) is changing the culture so that the investment is optimized. The marketing reporting is weak but you can create your own reports easily.
