Does anyone have/know of a simple Project Forecasting Tool, Preferably as an Excel Spreadsheet in which you can estimate monthly spend on projects?
This is for in-flight projects that are already executing and may have a combination of internal resources/vendor engagements etc

Smartsheet looks pretty comprehensive, Anupam. I see it offers many Excel PM tools. Have you used them as is or can you further customize them?
