While managing a delivery responsibility for a given customer through set of requirements and meeting the client need is often considered as project . This may involve starting Transition , knowledge share and gain , execution , merger and transformation activities.. and if the same is taken and perceived at a larger proportionate with many clients - should that be considered as Program or Portfolio management ?.
