Can someone please advise on which software I should use to organize my team.
We are a realestate development company, my department deals directly with engineers and architects that we hire as an outsourcing service.

You are looking to organize your team in what manner ? Can you be more specific please.

If you are talking in terms of hours worked / billed, you can use harvest. If you are talking about information sharing, you can use Drop Box or Cloud.
