I am making a presentation to my coworkers on the value of Project Management. Any advice on talking points? Saving Changes...

I find one a good way to understand the value of project management is to focus on what can happen without (good) project management: schedule delays, cost overruns, miscommunication, scope creep, client dissatisfaction, etc.
Then look at how project management helps prevent or mitigate these things.
I think this is a more powerful message in understanding the value than trying to explain what project management is. Saving Changes...

If you want to add some formal proof of the value of project management then get William Ibbs book "Quantifying the Value of Project Management". This book is the result of much research that Professor Ibbs has done. It can be bought through the Project Management Institute's bookstore, at http://www.pmibookstore.org/ Saving Changes...
