Following Steve Draheim's earlier question on recommendations for books on change management, I wondered if there were any other recommendations for the other practice areas or leadership areas?
My goal is to try an read something every month. Saving Changes...

I recommend The Conscious Project Leader by Colin D Ellis. The book aims to shift the methodology focus common in project management, and argues strongly for the trio of leadership, culture and methods.
Thanks for the recommendation Thomas, I will check that book out Saving Changes...

Thomas, I somewhat agree with Luis above. The leadership has become a buzzword; Having said that, it does not change the thesis (or fact) that Leadership Skills can make project mangers into more valuable professionals in our day to day work. I have read some of the books you heard about and compiled. Thank you for doing that!
I have found more value in acting on the ideas in books, failing or succeeding, and learning from my and other's experience. I also found a few blogs very helpful to read in between your project meetings, and plain crazy work schedule. Leadership Freak blog by Dan Rockwell comes to mind. I blog at my site www.leadproje.com as well. Wish you leadership! Saving Changes...
