Vincent, I read about SCRUM briefly but I believe it applies for all fields, not necessarily IT especially that it can help you with your ACP credentials. Why do you think the Scrum is only for IT industry ?
I think it is adapted to the Software industry. There is certainly an equivalent that is not specifically adapted to the Software industry. The definition on in Wikipedia is "Scrum is an iterative and incremental agile software development framework for managing product development", may be not perfect.
Agile might not be specific to the IT industry but many of the methodes and tools are. I would look at LEAN!

Hi Rami and Vincent, yes, I've also thought that SCRUM was more IT than Construction. Vincent give you a great recommendation LEAN maybe will fits more with you!

I edited the answer...lol, I've realized that my grammar corrector was off lol. Thank you for the tip.
Scrum was created for software developments, I've seen that there are some articles for construction as well, but my nowadays knowledge don't allow me to give you a fundamentally based answer.
I only can say you, that my network based in IT used Scrum - Agile methodologies in their projects, while my friends/network in construction are working with LEAN BIM.
My network/friends in Construction sector, while having this kind of conversations...they explained to me that nowadays in construction, as they are using new technology as 3d printers, they can use more Agile approach in their process.
But maybe someone of this community with more seniority or expertise on it, could you give you a better answer.
