Anupam set you up on the right path, Aejaz. The handbook is particularly helpful.
One thing I found out is when you do a Projectmanagement.com webinar, you will get a PDU request submitted automatically for attending. (That's because you are automatically registered against your own event.)
I had to have it cancelled then submitted a manual one for Giving a Presentation. Saving Changes...

Creating content counts whether it's on a public forum like here or for your own internal audience, as long as it's for the use of practitioners. So if you have an internal Community of Practice, or you work in a PMO, you can develop a presentation for that community too. If you go to the trouble of doing that, it isn't too difficult to upload it to SlideShare (assuming no proprietary content) and then share it with the project management community at large too.
The others are right - the handbook is the best place to start. When you look into it you'll see the are lots of opportunities to take here.

Hello Aejaz - I received Work as a Practitioner PDU's for my job as a Senior Project Manager for a large Healthcare Corporation. I was asked to enter my title, the provider, and give a detailed description of what I do in my everyday job for 2016. It took some time to enter all the information, but I received a quick response from PMI with the approval. The response from very timely and gave me the Giving Back PDU's I needed.

Our fellow colleague gave you the proper guidance and I also agree with Elizabeth.
Anything that you as a PM feel it is giving back to the PM / Practice, you can claim it as giving back and input all details. Saving Changes...
