This is a little bit off the Project Management theme but I know that many of you will have been positions of cost centre management/IT directorships before.... I am trying to compile a list of 'must have' reporting templates from a IT Directorship perspective.....My firm has 400+ in the IT section and the sorts of templates that I am after are, for example, 'Leave Liability', 'Contractor vs Permanent', etc. Does anyone out there have a definitive list of reporting templates that I can work from?
