My company has an IT shop of 400+. There are many different teams, each managed by an IT Manager. Each team is managing it's own S&D using excel spreadsheets. There is no effective way of rolling the data up for a consolidated company-wide view of the S&D for the whole organisation. Can I please get some advice on what tools are the best for managing enterprise-wide S&D ? If I could get some templates/examples that would be just awesome. Thanks.
