I'm not sure which discussion group to post this in, so sorry if I put it in the wrong one. But I am looking for some advice.
Does anyone know about a simple application to track vendor performance? We want to track which vendors we talk with (i.e. RFI's, RFP's, etc.) for various projects, which vendors we engage, and how well they perform. We also want to track specific individuals from the vendors, so we can identify who we would take back, and who we want to avoid in the future.
This can be a great lessons learned repository to help in future project planning. Any suggestions? Saving Changes...
