Are you clear on what you mean by "strategy"? This can have several meanings, be sure you are clear on this first (you probably are).
Strategy from a busines sense can be described as how you differentiate yourself. Doing a SWOT analysis may help you here (determine what are your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
Alternatively, perhaps you want to decribe strategy in terms of a vision - where do you want to be? You can then focus on lower level objectives that are aligned with the vision. And then you can develop a roadmap for getting to the vision.
There are various ways to develop these. If you can't find anything, try just being clear on what you want to do and then develop your own common sense approach. It could probably be as good as anything else that you find.
