We are continually reminded of our corporate values of professionalism, integrity, respect and cooperation.
In a recent meeting we were told that cost roll ups showed more time being charged to certain work orders than had been budgetted. So we were all told to start charging time to other work orders that were under budget, regardless of what we were working on.

How many of the corporate values does this compromise?
