Rami is on point. I got just yesterday an email from one of my chapters i am member where they offer exactly such a mentoring program.
In addition to what Rami mentioned i want to say that it does not necessary need to be your local PMI chapter.
In fact you can become a member of any chapter you want.
But of course especially for mentoring it might be better to have the chapter near to you.
