Project management Oh! You are my Love
You are gift that comes from above!

I love you with all your phases and processes
I pray that our love progresses!

Although I am constrained by time, budget and scope
The quality of our love is not affected, I hope!

It starts with initiating
This is more like negotiating

Then it comes to planning
That’s when the romance starts happening!

When you ask me to start executing
I know it’s not the time for procrastinating!

When it comes to monitor and to control
Oh my love, let me patrol!

Then comes the time to close
The romance is over for now, yet I need another dose!

Hey,

For me Project Management is something that helps organizations to do things better, but most of all, helps people involved in projects to be better, work more professionally, and get the most of every opportunity.
I am a strong believer in the "Doing things right" concept, is what helps humanity evolve, and creates the premises of a better life for everyone in our world.

I think this is the main point of project management, that it is very close related with humans, and that it creates a framework for excellence, for every person that has some positive goals in life.

This is what I love about PM, that it can't be done done without a team, and that it influences the people involved in a very positive way.

Things to Love about being a PM are that you are always learning and working with all sorts of interesting people and interfacing with customers. The ever changing nature of project work is always challenging. A PM also has to deliver promised results within a defined set of financial projections because of which can also be considered a mini-CEO as he / she faces most of the issues faced by a CEO on a lighter scale..
