I am referring to the visual presentation of my projects in the project selection stage, I am looking for reliable information in the comparative part of business cases, including analysis of risks, assumptions, requirements, planning and other high level information that the Stakeholders with greater impact in order to support and value projects.

Yes Aaron, recommendations, documents, guides, examples, and other information that let me present and choose which it's the best investment(s) of company resources. I understand the method and strategies, but I want study and learn more about it.

I would lead you to the breakdown and representation of the Intake process data to produce a Microsoft Power BI visualization. You can use SharePoint or other tool inputs for the collection of portfolio level programs and projects but you have to make sure of data validation and consistency. Take the data set and upload to Power BI, do a test of the system in Excel 1st. You will then have a choice to use Excel Power BI reports or the full blown Power BI online/desktop application.
