I was wondering about different methods of Post Project Autopsy, which are the best methods like sending project members questionnaires etc. Although I am in favour of this approach I wonder if I am asking the right questions, am I really learning relevant information or just being told standard answers. If anybody has some good insight or links to good resources on this topic I would really appreciate it.
