From your point of view what are the challenges in using Agile principles , values, methodologies, tools and techniques to manage Non-Software projects?
Also please share your experience about using Agile approach in non-software projects and what are the lessons learned?

I've used Agile principles for a non-software project to manage the work of a software improvement team. It worked well. Basically, the reason behind the usage was to prioritize the work based on the value to the department. This was the first and only time that I used agile methods in this way and I highly recommend it.
