I am sure there are many ways that you can draw an income from this work. You can be paid like a contractor on an hourly basis, you can get paid a percentage of the project value, you can be paid a fixed price. When negotiating payment for your services your clients will consider: projects typically overrun time and money and you may be considered an overhead expense, which your client will want to minimize. Have you thought about consulting as a subject matter expert? In this role you would lead project teams or educate project teams in the art and science of PM.

That is a good idea thank you. I think I can do two of them each other. Consulting and project management.

Maria and Michael thank you for your comments. I have to learn what are rules of the countries.

I want to do this business at Europa, Middle East and West Asia. On the other hand I can consulting about installation of renewable energy central. Total costs, unit energy costs, acceptance of a license, incentive bonus

International ? Take care, laws and commissions depends on from one country to another. For example, in the USA they use to work on an hourly basis, but in Spain in a daily basis.

Yes, that is critical. Good point Maria. These laws will impact the use of in-country labor (subcontractors), intellectual property, taxes and currency to name a few.
