I've taken a fast look at the book, the glossary of words are similar to the PMBOK isn't? but with examples, I think that will be useful for those community members that are preparing the certification.

Interesting, Markus. I also used to think of issues as risks that happened but I found a better description that changed my mind.

An issue is really when you have a situation that requires a decision to proceed. Often, the decision requires discussion and maybe work, like troubleshooting or analysis.

If, for example, you have identified a risk of ransomware infected your computers. You may have decided to accept the risk with a contingency plan of paying the ransom. If the risk is triggered, you won't have an issue because you already know what to do.
