I am in the process of incorporating, going from a W2 PM Consultant to Corp2Corp. I thought I could get some good feedback from those who have incorporated. Know of any good services to handle the details, or a good book? All helpful info is appreciated.
Thanks.

Dear R Wood, you might find incorporating as an S Corp or an LLC to be just what you need to go B2B, protect your assets, and minimize your liabilities. Both are very straight forward and can be easily and quickly set up. Get a good lawyer to do your incorpoation and get a good accountant to help you with you federal and state filings. If you have done this before or have experience in this area, you can do this yourself or with a low cost internet incorporation servicer. Good luck and best of success! -- Mark Perry, VP of Customer Care, BOT International
