Operations management stream offers study of many areas which are already taken in the PMBOK guide such as uslity tools etc., you should go about it in opinion.

Are the people who have taken the MBA previously that you can talk to or email to get a sense of what is covered in each specialization? I would tend to agree with Satish that Operations Management would give a broader range of options at the end, but in some organizations an HR specialization is really valued.
Do you have an idea of where in civilian life you would like to work? You could ask people who work in some of the organizations you are interested in what their recommendation would be.
