What book/manual/course/webinar do you recommend to improve communication skills?

Nice list of book; pick another book that is specifically focused on nonverbal communication and reading body language. There is so much to learn; about nonverbal cues.

1. How to win friends and influence people - Dale Carnegie
2. Crucial conversations - Joseph Grenny, Kerry Patterson, Ron McMillan, Al Switzler
3. How to talk to anyone - Leil Lowndes
