What book/manual/course/webinar do you recommend to improve communication skills?

I personally read a book long time ago and it was a great book. It is story based but its all about effective communication.

The book is called: "The Monk who sold his Ferrari" for Robin Shamra

Covers communication from a cultural perspective as a series of readings including several non-verbal communication articles.

I've got the 11th edition, but there is a 12th edition available.

Eduard, I recommend my old time favorite by Robert Bolton, simply called "people skills". It is not an easy read but what you can learn and implement and priceless!
