Tara, I used an older version of Track-it in an "earlier life" as a method for tracking MS Project actuals.
In my new role I am currently thinking about using it again , in the 2005 version. Not only do I want a tool that I can push out to team members which will integrate back into MS Project, but it would be good to get an overall view of resource availability but without having to work from a bottom-up task allocation point of view. Tara - I would be interested to learn what issues you have with MS Project Server, that you feel a need for an alternative. We have not installed the Server elements of MS Project and am loathe to do so if there are 'features' that make it troublesome...! Saving Changes...
