I am working in outsourcing company, as a PM. Now I need to get Productivity in software, e.g: a developer can coding how many Line of code in each month... Is there any statistics data for this? I will refer data to base a standard for estimation... for my company.

Now my company also want to have a tool for knowledge management (share experience between members, question & answer, manage template, policy), this tool may be search effectively (equivalent Google :) )for member find data easily... Is there any tool for this? I searched on Google, but not enough feature for me.
