I am about to udnertake a project that entails using CobiT to design the IT Governance processes and templates to use for each procedural steps (eg. change management requests) and I am having three (quite fundamental) problems:
1) I am confused as to whether one could actually use CobiT to generate a set of processes from scratch?
2)Does CobiT (or other sources) include procedural templates? Is there a such a thing as "CObiT" process/procedual templates?
3) Is there any material to illustrate how the information on templates interact with each other?
