Supply Chain Management Project Documentation

I have just inherited my first Supply Chain project and was wondering if any of you had some documention you might be willing to share for knowledge? A sample project plan, charter, statement of work, would be really helpful. Anything would help! I can share documents as well if you have a need for a particular project...I just dont have anything on Supply chain...
