I will be managing a move for a document imaging company, which involves not only their data center move, but also transitioning of the work operations and processes. They pick up, image and return boxes of files to their clients each day. It is imperative that the choreography of events be seamless to the client. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts and/or experiences in how to pull this off and what things to look for (gotchas) that may not be readily apparent to someone who has not done this specific type of project before.
