I do have a personal vision, with attributed goals and objectives to grow my career. However, they are not really formalized, or tangible - more so just that, a vision. I probably should take some time to write them out. Some I have already reached! It would be interesting to see if and how they match with the PMI Triangle.

Andrew: Great to hear; many people don't do this a wonder why they are stuck, don't know their next step for promotion and don't have mentors/coaches or sponsor providing them guidance. So many more reason for not attaining your goals or creating a vision. Writing them down makes them even more effective and real. It's a real sense of accomplishment to see your vision come to life.
