Take the quiz and check your results and let's discuss. You must have a growth mindset to be ready to grow your skill-sets with the help of a mentor, coach or sponsor to lead others.

“Mindset change is not about picking up a few pointers here and there. It's about seeing things in a new way. When people...change to a growth mindset, they change from a judge-and-be-judged framework to a learn-and-help-learn framework. Their commitment is to growth, and growth take plenty of time, effort, and mutual support.”

I have a growth mindset according to the quiz. I love to be challenged and If starting off, I am not very good at a particular skill, I keep at it until I can be good at it.

I have a growth mindset! Things don't just happen. It doesn't work that way. Putting effort into things is what makes things happen.

I have a growth mindset, for which I am eternally grateful. It is the magic of the word "yet".
When I start something new I don't know how to do it yet, but I can learn!

I like Rami's phrase in this regard "easy come, easy go". It is often the things we seem most naturally able to do that fall by the wayside because we do not mindfully practice them.

Of course, a growth mindset can be learned too!
