On the PMI website you can apply to take your PMP. I have a question about the field "deliverables." How specific should I be? I've just been entering things in like Project Plan/Charter, Requirements Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, etc. Basically, I've only been including the deliverales that I was directly involved in creating for the project and not all of the deliverables produced by the project.
Is my approach correct/appropriate? Will this even matter? There's no doubt that I meet the requirements to take the test, I just want to get this application right. Saving Changes...

Are you referring to the fields next to the hours listed? Or at the end of this process where you provide a brief description of the whole project?
In any case, I have a web page with a spreadsheet to calculate your hours and a sample of deliverable's wording which you can download and use as a guideline:
If you are referring to the hours, just use the spreadsheet which copies field by field how you are to list you hours and description right from their application reference guide.
If it is just the project description, then just list down which part of the project deliverables you were involved with, and try to explain it as briefly, yet with enough detail to fit the 500 character limit imposed on the application site. Use my listing as a guideline. I created my samples from others who took the exam and listed theirs on other PMP prep discussion boards.
On another related note, I do recall from both taking the exam and teaching a few workshops, where this issue worried people the most. Especially with how to list their project work hours causing the most worries, as well as describing the deliverables.
Each project is unique. I was not involved with every taks line. i have many that I am using a 0 for hours. Is this accepatable? Is this questionable? Saving Changes...
