I would summarize with: anticipate, communicate, align with business (control you deliver real Added Value continuously) and manage expectations (Customer and contractual deliverables).

My contribution:

-Demonstrate leadership at any and all levels
-Apply strong plans and planning processes
-Do not underestimate cultural and ethical
-Stay aligned between the project team and the business or other organizations it serves
-Set an appropriate communication (even within the technical teams), including setting and managing expectations
-Set an appropriate Project Governance
-Set a right Risk Management process to protect your Customer and your organization
-Keep financials and scope under control
