This is part of Human Resource Management Plan.. After successful launch of the project the team should get a motivational reward or recognition to keep them pumped for the next project.. PM should work closely with the HR team to make it happen..

Wonderful survey, Ruth! I can't wait to see the results. This exercise really made me think about how we engage our stakeholders and how important it is to be fully aware of how engaged/disengaged others are. The more aware we are, the more we can modify our behaviors to meet everyone where they are.
