Survey is Complete - Very interesting & Ive noticed you have a question about EQ as well.
Team Engagement & Motivation plays a pivotal role towards any project success so PM's should be always working on this throughout all the project life cycle. Saving Changes...

Ruth, How many questions does the survey have? 10 minutes for a non-native speaker maybe will be 30 min. lol
Before to start, I would like to know. Thank you,

That is a very good point. I apologize for my insensitivity.
The survey is 20 questions.
Most of them are a statement and you choose whether you strongly agree, slightly agree, neither agree nor disagree, slightly disagree, strongly disagree.
I would love to translate the survey!
Best wishes
Ruth

I have been following the posts on which Mayte has been commenting. Surely her English is very good . I think she's just joking :) she's likely to finish the survey in under 5 minutes

The survey is complete and I also added my e-mail address to receive the results.
I am performing a research on gamification and its influence on motivation and knowledge sharing in virtual communities of practice. Gamification could be another way to improve team engagement.
I would appreciate if you answer my survey:
I took your survey too. It was very interesting. I would love to share the feedback we get. How else are you getting your survey out to people?

Survey is complete from my end as well. as PM's it's imperative that we develop and use those soft skills and focus on hard facts and control our emotions. Mindfulness can help instill emotional control . additional training certainly helps.
It is important to give ourselves a few extra seconds of reaction time when listening to a stakeholder concerns or in some cases, even a blunt outburst.

I agree with you! But Mayte makes a good point that some people may need more time. I am going to ask a friend of mine to translate it into Spanish. At least that way there is one more option.
