Here is a risk analysis spreadsheet that might be helpful to you. It does give a graphical representation of those risk areas/tasks and categorizes them by Red,Yellow and Green. The probability factors can be changed on the last tab of the spreadsheet to suit your organization. This has been helpful to me.
Also, unrelated to this topic. You gave me some examples of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for the PMO in another subject I posted on this site. Thanks again. I was wondering if you have any examples of more high level KPI's that are not specific to projects but represent all projects more like a bill board that can be viewed by the CIO and upper level Mgmt. I have come up with a monthly run rate for all projects. Does you company use any at this level.
Thanks for your assistance. Let me know if you don't receive this attachement.

Thanks Rick! I was actually looking to automate a "stoplight" type view within MS Project...but the spreadsheet you sent is a great solution to another problem I have been chasing. Regarding KPI's...I think I can help...but need to take the discussion offline. Please email your contact information to [email protected]. Saving Changes...

Patty: I use "Traffic Lights" in both my project schedules and in the views I generated for Project Web Access. I attached a .doc with some basic instructions.
