Agile values & principles in a Construction context

Anyone has experienced the Agile way of thinking in an construction context?

What was put in place of the 4 values? the 12 principles?

How did it work? performance increased!

I would say it is a yes and I was reading an article today in the On-Site Magazine called: Lean Construction Puts Down Roots in Canada. Here is the link for the magazine:

This is considering Agile & Lean are very related.

You are right both are very related, Agile is better publicized.

There is Lean groups, for me none in Montreal region. I'm in Montreal Agile community looking to promote Agile in organisation.
