recruitment exercise

I have the opportunity to influence the recruitment within my organisation. At late notice, I've been asked if I want to provide an exercise that can be used within an assessment centre to evaluate organisation/planning/prioritising skills. It doesn't matter what the scenario is, just that it can be done in an hour, will consist of some case study type information and will help us identify those who think like project managers (pragmatic, thoughtful decision-makers able to prioritise) even if that is not their background. The exercises I have used in the past are either too long or too short and I haven't time to write one from scratch. Can anyone help? (Thankfully the assessment centre already includes group exercise and I've briefed our HR dept on the attributes particularly relevant to project managers)
Thanks

About the only attribute companies look for these days is "do you work cheap... competitive with folks from 3rd world countries, namely China and India?"
