Has anyone mapped the major milestones used in RUP/Agilie methodologies to those in the more traditional waterfall methodology?
A client is attempting to do this so I thought I would check with this community. Saving Changes...
Do you have a specific methodology in mind? There are several included under that banner. Even RUP isn't really a single methodology as much as it's a superset of all the RUP practices. Each implementation is a little different. And not to put too fine a point on it, but wouldn't the milestones to a large extent be determined by the specific project deliverables? Saving Changes...
