Hi Experts,

Seeking expert comment on below question.

What should be referred to know, who is going to approve changes in project deliverable and documentation?

1.Change Control system, 2. Project plan,
3. Organization Chart, 4. Resource Assignment Matrix.

Thanks
Gorakhnath

Any changes in project deliverables, if identified in the contract, should be changed in the contract to stay current. For example, due dates, deliverable format, and licenses to data are examples of items that may change depending on circumstances.

I agree with Michael, refer to the contract.

The contract is your first reference before you make any changes and then all changes should go through the CCB and follow the set system in the Project Management Plan.

Thanks for suggestion!! Do we have to assume there is contract if its not specified in the question? if yes, definitely one should refer to contract otherwise which option need to refer CCS or Project Plan.
