'Getting More' by Stuart Diamond is an excellent read which will give you insights in art of negotiation. Taking care of emotions and perception management whom you negotiate with are two key aspects and how to come out of them as win win, that requires perseverance, problem solving approach combined with interpersonal skills.
Hi Dharmendra
Just to say thanks again for bringing "Getting More" to my attention - I am about half-way through it, and it's is absolutely stunning! On the spot for me at this stage!

I have read loads of articles on negotiating, but the best approach to negotiating is to strive to "create a win-win for all involved". How we get to do starts by letting the other party see "what is in it for them". It is hard for your stakeholders to not be fully engaged when they see that you are working towards a goal that is in their best interests as well.

This guy, Ed Brodow is a respected negotiation speaker and you can find his 10 Tips for Negotiating in 2017 here; http://www.brodow.com/Articles/NegotiatingTips.html

I personally agree with tips #1,2,3,5,6,7,8, and 10. However #4 reminds me that sometimes you may not be able to work away and #9 reminds me that atimes, you have to take the first step; lose the battle and win a war. I hope you find it enlightening.

There are tons of other articles if you google topics such as "negotiating successfully", "negotiation tips and techniques", "how to negotiate in business", "business negotiation examples", "business negotiation strategies", "everyday negotiation examples", and "negotiation examples in the workplace" are some very good starting point. Bon chance!

Yes take a course. Choose it wisely, what kind of negociation skills you need to improve? Is it with local suppliers? Or international? It has more to do with people?
There is cours for all those aspects.
