How do I report PDUs for on demand webinar? Is it automatically recorded instantly or I need to do it manually? Thank you.

May I take it as usual if my webinars PDU didn’t sent to PMI automatically? It’s 72hours+ after I finished it.
Sorry I did not understand your question ?

I guess he is asking about what he has to do if the PDU is not reported to PMI even after 72 hrs?
For me also, one webinar is still in under processing status ( not received a mail) but the later watched webinars are reported and approved also. Any specific reason for that?

Hi, how do I report PDUs for training courses taken at VTC - Virtual Training Company? I would really appreciate your reply. Thank you.

What happens if one reports the PDU for on-demand webinar manually before it gets reported automatically. Does the automatic reporting error/de-duped and not reported i.e. only 1 claim is present OR duplicate PDUs get created (and user has to manually go and delete?

I beieve you will manually have to go delete it. If you report it manually and the system reports it too later, then there will be two entries for the same activity which could put you under question if audited upon renewal!
